My husband and I are new to the area and shopping around for a new pcp. When I called, I didn't even get past the receptionist. She was extremely rude and I wouldn't send a single family member to this establishment. I was first asked if I was on obamacare.... really? Even if I did have it, it's unprofessional to ask me if I have Obama care. Secondly, she told me I'd have to wait a month out for my husband to be seen and when I explained that wouldn't work, her response was " well if you had been listening..." at that point I made it clear that she was in the wrong industry. Apparently this office isn't concerned with customer service and my business will never be here. You're receptionists are the face of your company. I wasn't impressed.
