Farmers Branch-based Linesight Development has sold 19.5 acres in Grayson County to be developed into a multifamily project, the company announced today. The project will be a development within the Hickory Hill mixed-used master-planned community in Sherman. with Land Advisors Organization Dallas-Fort Worth represented Linesight in the sale. The buyer was not disclosed, but is a Texas-based multifamily developer, according to a news release. 'The entire team at Linesight has incredible attention to detail when it comes to the quality of their communities and are going to be providing much-needed housing inventory to a rapidly growing Sherman market,' Watson said in the release.
