"After several days of chatting, the defendant agreed to drive from Houston, Texas ... to Sherman, Texas, to meet what he believed was a four-year-old girl and six-year-old boy to teach them how to have sex," a written statement from Smith's office explained. "Upon the defendant's subsequent arrival in Sherman, he went to the home where he believed the children were residing and was arrested by law enforcement."
