SHERMAN, Texas (KTEN)—A development company is hoping to breathe new life into Sherman's Midway Mall as soon as a month-and-a-half from now. Ronnette Goodman has been shopping at Midway Mall since it opened back in 1986, and she's eager to see the center restored to its former glory. "I would love to have the old times back," Goodman said. "We're walking in the mall, we're visiting, we're meeting, shopping... just having a good time." Mustard Street Management purchased the property last year. On Tuesday, the Sherman Planning and Zoning Committee gave them the green light for new development.
